Houston Permit Radar (“we”, “us”) provides subscription access to curated public permit data. You may use the service for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to your outreach and use of data.
Plans auto-renew monthly or annually until canceled. Trials convert to paid unless canceled before the trial ends. Taxes may apply. You can manage your subscription via the Customer Portal link in your receipt.
If you are not satisfied, contact support within 7 days of your first charge. We’ll make it right (refunds at our discretion for the current period).
We aggregate and normalize public records. Availability and completeness vary by source. We do not guarantee any particular number of items per day.
No unlawful, harassing, or deceptive communications. Respect do-not-contact requests. No resale of our data without consent.
We may suspend service for abuse or nonpayment. You may cancel anytime via Customer Portal.
